Rhonda Meyer Vivian, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer

Coordinates the day-to-day activities of DMA, Dinah's educational consulting and publishing company, and DZA, a trainer-of-trainers institute dedicated to sharing Dinah's approach with educators. Dr. Rhonda enjoys sharing her background in Lifespan Human Development through conference and workshop presentations, incorporating Dinah's methods and strategies.

Judith Youngers, Ph.D.
Founding Director, Dinah Zike Academy

With special expertise in ELA, Dr. Judi may be found at the Academy or at the Comfort Public Library. She is a published poet who enjoys the creative design process, gardening, her mini-Australian Shepherd Hank, travel and movies on the big screen.

Luis Sanchez
Property and Building Manager

Luis has multiple skills that keep our historic building in good working order. These skills include carpentry, renovation, electrical,  plumbing, and mechanical. He has recently helped Dinah develop a butterfly garden and wildlife habitat.

Valerie Marchiori
Lead Creative Team Member

As a member of the Art Department at dinah.com since 2010, Valerie is well-versed in the daily operations of the company. Her responsibilities include coordinating the development of new products, keeping promotional material up-to-date, website design, and team member training.

Shannah Kunze
Senior Creative Team Member

Shannah received a B.A. in Graphic Design in 2012 from Schreiner University. She came to work for dinah.com in 2013, and is now the Senior Creative Team Member of the Art Department. She is an integral part of our team, assisting in development and publication of new products.

Chris Holden, MFA
Off-Site Full-Time Graphic Artist

Chris Holden received his Bachelor's Degree from Texas State University and MFA from Academy of Art University (San Francisco). After years of public school teaching experience he returned to Texas State as an instructor. Chris now works full time as our lead graphic artist and illustrator. His fun and playful attitude is reflected in his art. 

Sergio Rodriguez
Off-Site Professional Photographer

Bit by the photography bug as a child, Sergio honed his skills in high school and college. He purchased his first digital camera (Kodak) in 2001 and switched over to Canon cameras in 2004. In addition to his product shots for us, he enjoys portrait, landscape, and wedding photography opportunities.  

Jan Manzanero
Lead Copy Editor

Having had an affinity for words and grammar from a young age, Jan has turned her avocation into a vocation by working as a proofreader and editor at DMA. She enjoys being part of a team that develops products that make a difference in people's lives.

Lizeth Thompson
Bilingual Translator

Lizeth Thompson has been a bilingual teacher for twelve years and has taught in the Northside, Boerne and Northeast School Districts. 

Serving as a translator for Dinah Zike for several years, she really enjoys translating materials that can be utilized in bilingual classrooms as many resources are not available in Spanish. She has expressed that this has been a very rewarding experience and loves that work can help other teachers!

Pumpkin the Trouble Maker
Office Cat

Our resident feline, Pumpkin, brings smiles to all who find him amusing in his Art Department domain. He expends most of his energy in the early morning hours, and pretty much just sleeps the rest of the day, changing locations as the need arises.
